You know that time of year? The end, when everyone seems to be madly rushing about trying to find the perfect venue to celebrate the last 12 months (and accommodate everyone’s wishes and tastes)? The madness, it does not have to be like that. Ask us!

Superior Choice provided Standard Bank South Africa corporate investment banking (CIB) with an easily accessible database of venues. The bespoke internal web based system, My Event Assist, was designed to be accessed by all personal assistants, events personnel and all other employees within the bank who are tasked with arranging meetings and events.

Superior Choices researched each featured property and created the content for the platform. Properties were categorised based on the size of event they could host, their features and their locations. The system also allowed users to rate the properties to assist colleagues in finding the ideal venue.

This user-friendly, comprehensive reference tool was not only designed and built by us, but also hosted by Superior Choices, and we updated it with new properties and information on a monthly basis during its three-year utilisation.
