To establish who fits into which exquisite shoe, Superior Choices swept its fairy godmother wand, and supported high-end fashion brand Kurt Geiger with in-depth data hygiene and outbound call campaigns aimed at their VIP customers.
We also provided Kurt Geiger’s VIP clients access to a bespoke concierge service, which assisted with general queries and information, domestic and international flights, restaurant bookings, theatre, concert and event tickets and sourcing, and the purchasing and delivery of select gift products.
VIP customers also received a selection of exclusive lifestyle offers, which were negotiated and managed by the Superior Choices concierge team. During this campaign, our database system was integrated with Kurt Geiger’s SAP CRM system via Web Services, so that data could be updated and accessible to the Kurt Geiger team in real time.
