Credit Card Usage Drive Programme
Join the club! Focusing on family, home, travel and trends, Superior Choices conceptualised, implemented and managed Standard Bank’s Value Choices, a six-year campaign to drive its credit card usage.
Value Choices’ main objective was to boost credit card usage and to keep Standard Bank’s credit card front of mind by offering cardholders exclusively negotiated, highly discounted monthly offers.
All collateral, including the website, was created by Superior Choices, as was the negotiation of all exclusive offers. Our in-house contact centre supported the entire programme, and offered both helpline and booking assistance.
In 2010 the Value Choices Club was launched, which saw a membership-based element being introduced, whereby Standard Bank cardholders who wished to receive additional discounts and benefits could subscribe to the Value Choices Club.
