Customer Loyalty & Appreciation Programme
South Africa’s favourite petrol station (so says the 2019 Sunday Times Top Brands report), Engen, tasked Superior Choices CRM to create an awareness campaign aimed at motorists making use of Engen forecourts – the area where the pumps are present.
The 2010 campaign’s goal was to create better knowledge of Engen forecourt locations throughout South Africa, in order to drive loyalty and greater usage of these facilities.
Coined the Engen Elite loyalty programme, it offered Engen clients access to specially negotiated lifestyle offers, available through a voucher booklet. Distributed to select Engen customers, these booklets contained 50 vouchers, which Engen customers could redeem at various participating partners.
