A committed focus on innovative trends that sustain customer loyalty is therefore the lifeblood (or in this case diesel, petrol and electricity) that powers the annual Jaguar Land Rover South Africa (JLRSA) After-Sales Loyalty Programme.

Now entering its sixth year, Superior Choices continuously adapts its original programme design so that it always excites the local customers of this British multinational automotive company and, above all, earns their loyalty.

The programme’s overall purpose remains a constant: encourage luxury vehicle owners to remain within the JLRSA retailer network when servicing vehicles that are out of warranty.
